Our 6-Step Weekly Routine as a LinkedIn Outreach Agency

You approve the direction once. After that, 6 things happen every week whether you think about them or not.

01

Your Lead List, Updated Weekly

We track intent and buying signals every week. A company that was cold last week can be in-market next week, and your list moves with it.

02

One Campaign per ICP Segment

Every lead gets a connect note written only for them. No 2 leads in a segment receive the same message, and each segment runs its own campaign.

03

Human Written Sequences

Every connection note, first message and follow-up is written by a person on our team. Not a template library, and not something generated from a prompt.

04

Replies Handled by a Person

Every reply is read and answered by a person, in your voice, based on what was actually said. No auto-responder and no AI first touch.

05

Follow-Up per Conversation

Someone who asks for March is contacted in March. Someone who goes quiet after showing interest is chased weekly until they book or tell us to stop.

06

Sales Meetings Booked With Context

The moment a meeting is booked you get the full context: the company, the person, what they said and the reason they replied.

The Tactera Digital LinkedIn Outreach Agency Process

Below is our full 8 step process on how we run LinkedIn outreach for you:

1

Market and ICP Definition

We check market trends to create accurate customer profiles. Your existing won accounts become part of the first ICP segment. The second ICP segment is built from good-fit companies with ACV for your offer. This helps us scale your offer and revenue.

MARKET TRENDS ICP SEGMENT 1 Your won accounts Proven to convert ICP SEGMENT 2 Good-fit, right ACV Scales your revenue
2

Buying-Window Detection

A company that fits your ICP is not always ready to buy. We track the signals that show a company is in-market right now, then contact them that same week instead of months later. Timing is what lifts your reply rate.

IN-MARKET We contact this account this week, not next quarter
3

Stakeholder Coverage

B2B deals are rarely 1 person. In every account we find who feels the problem, who owns the budget and whose opinion gets asked, then bring all 3 into the conversation so the deal does not stall inside their business.

ONE ACCOUNT Feels it Gets asked Owns the budget
4

Human Written Messages, per Campaign

Every connection note, first message and follow-up is written by a person, in the words your buyer uses to describe the problem. Two campaigns running the same week for you never share copy.

CAMPAIGN A CAMPAIGN B Same client, same week, no shared copy
5

Connection Campaign and Send Limits

We automate profile visits and connection requests only. Sending stays inside LinkedIn’s limits, so your account is never put at risk, and everything after the connect is written and sent by a person.

LINKEDIN LIMIT MonTueWed ThuFriSatSun 100 to 150 connection requests a week, from your profile
6

Reply Handling and Cadence

A person reads and answers every reply in your voice. Interest gets times, a referral gets followed, a “not now” gets diarized to the date they gave, and anyone who asks to stop is removed for good.

REPLY read by a person Offer times Diarize their date Follow the referral Ask what it covers Stop, permanently
7

Qualification and Calendar Handoff

Before launch we agree in writing what a good sales meeting looks like for you. Only conversations that clear that bar reach your calendar, so you are never sitting on a call that should never have been booked.

THE AGREED BAR
8

Weekly Review and Reset

Every week we re-rank the accounts, retire copy that is not earning replies and give more of the sending allowance to the segments that are converting. You get reported on accounts and conversations, not on messages sent.

Every week not every quarter Re-rank Rewrite Reallocate Report

What Happens When Someone in Your LinkedIn Outreach Campaign Replies?

This is the part of a LinkedIn outreach service that decides whether it works, and the part almost nobody describes. Here is every reply a campaign produces.

The Reply What We Do What an Automated Inbox Does
Interested Now A person answers in your voice, confirms the fit and offers times. No pitch in the thread. Fires a booking link at the first positive word and loses the ones who were not ready for a link.
Interested, but Later We take the date they gave, record it against the account and come back on it. The thread stays open. Marks the lead cold and drops it.
Wrong Person We ask who owns it, then open a fresh conversation with the person they name, referencing the referral. Treats a referral as a rejection.
Already Has a Provider We ask what the current arrangement covers and when it is reviewed. That answer is worth more than the meeting. Sends the next scheduled follow-up as though nothing was said.
Not Interested, or Asked to Stop The conversation ends there and the person is excluded from every future campaign on your account. Continues the sequence to the end.

What We Do Not Do With Your LinkedIn Account

Your profile is the asset. Three things we will not do to it, whatever it would do to the numbers.

No Burner or Proxy Profiles

We send from your profile, or from a named colleague’s, agreed before launch. Never from an account you have not seen.

No Sending Past the Limits

Volume stays inside what LinkedIn allows. Any provider offering materially more is spending your account’s standing to hit a number on a report.

No Hostage Data

Every conversation lives in your inbox and stays yours. So do the list, the messaging and the qualification criteria if we stop.

One Retainer. Published.

Most LinkedIn outreach agencies will not put a number on the page. Ours is the number, and it covers the whole channel.

Commit to 6 months and the retainer drops 20%, from $3,500 to $2,800 a month.

Our Client Results as a LinkedIn Outreach Agency

Across every client account, our signal-based LinkedIn outreach has generated more than 4,000 qualified sales meetings, over $40 million in pipeline value, and $4.5 million in revenue closed by our clients this year. Two of those programs in detail:

VC Firm, New York · Live since February 2026

1,749 Prospects Contacted and 397 Already in First Sales Meetings

We contacted 1,749 prospects on LinkedIn through a mix of connection requests and InMail, and 1,071 replied to our outreach. The 678 who did not reply moved into a LinkedIn nurturing campaign rather than being dropped, so nothing in the list is wasted. 397 are already in first sales meetings for our client.

None of that happened in the first month. We reviewed in-market, intent and buying signals week by week and timed the outreach around them, which is what moved the reply rate.

We run the same process on our own account. Over 11 months we contacted 11,260 prospects, 27% accepted the connection, 1,478 replied, 510 became marketing-qualified and 247 became sales-qualified. That created $700,000 in pipeline.

What Our Clients Say About Tactera Digital LinkedIn Outreach Agency:

Bryan’s system has turned around what we thought was a dead channel lol. We tried a few agencies for 3 years and 0 leads from LinkedIn. Now we have 10-12 sales calls per week. I think the highest we had was 8 meetings a day and i was overwhelmed.

TD has done a great job with training our team and running our linkedin outbound. With them we sourced over $1.5million in live deals. We got between 5-7 sales calls per week. Sometimes the results were a bit slow but we figured out the offer & the message. Would recommend them.

I’m seeing 8-10 sales meetings on my calendar since working with Tactera digital. Their system is good at finding my buyers and writing real personal messages. Would recommend if u need reliable pipeline every month.

Tactera Digital LinkedIn Outreach Agency: Good for You or No?

LinkedIn does not suit every market. We tell you upfront if LinkedIn outreach can work for you or not. But:

It Works When

  • Your buyers keep active LinkedIn profiles and answer messages there
  • The decision maker is identifiable and signals are present to time our outreach perfectly
  • Your deal size makes a $3,500 monthly retainer worth it on 1 closed deal
  • Someone on your side can take the calls within a week of them being booked

It Does Not Work When

  • Your buyer is a trade or field role with no meaningful LinkedIn presence
  • Your addressable market on LinkedIn is under a few thousand companies, which exhausts inside a quarter
  • You need volume above LinkedIn’s limits, which means a different channel, not a better agency
  • Nobody has decided what a good meeting looks like, so nothing can be qualified against it

LinkedIn Outreach Agency FAQs

The Basics

What is LinkedIn outreach?

Contacting potential buyers directly on LinkedIn through connection requests and messages, rather than through ads or content. In B2B it usually means a sequence that opens with a connection request, moves to a first message once accepted, then continues with timed follow-ups until the person replies or opts out.

What does a LinkedIn outreach agency do?

It runs the whole outbound conversation layer on LinkedIn for you. That means building the target list, writing the connection notes and messages, sending them from your profile inside LinkedIn’s limits, answering every reply, qualifying the interested ones and booking the sales meetings.

What is a connection campaign?

A sequence that starts with a profile visit and a connection request, moves to a first message once the request is accepted, then to timed follow-ups. It is the standard unit of work in LinkedIn outreach. One campaign should serve 1 audience segment with 1 reason to care.

Is a LinkedIn outreach service the same as managed LinkedIn outreach?

Yes. LinkedIn outreach agency, LinkedIn outreach services and managed LinkedIn outreach all describe the same arrangement: an outside team running the channel from your profile. Managed Outreach is the name of our package. The same engagement described from the outcome side is our done-for-you LinkedIn lead generation page.

Does LinkedIn outreach still work in 2026?

Yes, for markets whose buyers keep active profiles and answer messages there. What has changed is the ceiling. LinkedIn’s limits mean 1 profile reaches 400 to 600 new people a month, so results now depend almost entirely on who you contact and what you send, not on how many you contact.

What is outreach used for?

Starting sales conversations with people who have not come to you yet. Inbound waits for demand to surface. Outreach goes to companies that fit your offer and opens the conversation while the need is live.

Volume, Safety and Tools

How many connection requests can you send per week?

LinkedIn limits most accounts to roughly 100 to 200 connection requests a week. We send between 100 and 150 from your profile, depending on how the account is behaving. The cap is not negotiable, and it is not where the performance comes from.

Can my LinkedIn account get restricted?

It can, if a provider pushes volume past what LinkedIn allows or runs aggressive automation on your profile. That is why we automate only profile visits and connection requests, keep sending inside the limits, and never route your campaign through profiles you do not own.

Do you use automation tools?

For the mechanical steps only. Profile visits and connection requests are automated. Message writing, reply handling, follow-up timing and qualification are not. My full position on where that line sits is in my LinkedIn automation guide.

Are LinkedIn outreach tools safe to use?

The safer ones pace sending like a person would, respect daily limits and warm an account up before pushing volume. The ones that get accounts restricted ignore all 3. A tool is only ever as safe as the volume the person running it decides to push through it.

What is the best LinkedIn outreach tool?

There is no single best one, and the tool is rarely the thing holding a campaign back. Sending is the cheap part. Choosing who to contact this week, writing for a segment and answering replies with judgment is the part that decides results, and no tool does that for you.

Do I need Sales Navigator?

It helps, because the filtering is far more precise than standard LinkedIn search, and precision is what the whole campaign rests on. If you already have it, we use it. If you do not, we will tell you on the call whether your market needs it.

How We Work

Who writes the messages?

I do. Every connection note, first message and follow-up in every campaign. More on what earns a reply in my LinkedIn outreach guide.

Who answers the replies, and how fast?

A person on our side, usually within the same working day. Replies are answered on the basis of what the prospect said, not on which step of the sequence they were on.

Do you use an AI SDR?

No. An AI responder is fast and it is also the reason so many buyers have stopped reading LinkedIn messages. Every reply on your account is read and answered by a person.

Whose LinkedIn profile do you use, and do you reply as us?

Yours, or a named colleague’s, agreed before launch. We write and reply as you. Senior profiles perform noticeably better, so we usually recommend a founder or C-level account.

Will this look like spam from my profile?

The test is simple: read the first message and ask whether you would send it to someone you respected. Every message is written for its segment, we never send the same message to 2 audiences, and anyone who asks to stop is excluded permanently.

How do I know if a LinkedIn message is spam?

If it could have been sent to 500 other people without changing a word, it is spam. Real outreach references something specific about your company or your role, and it asks a question rather than pitching in the first message.

What happens to a prospect who says “not right now”?

We take the timeframe they gave, record it against the account and return on it. The thread is not closed and the person is not marked cold.

Results and Expectations

What acceptance and reply rates should a campaign produce?

Published benchmarks put healthy connection acceptance at 25% to 45%, and reply rates at 8% to 25% of accepted connections. Always check which denominator a provider is using before comparing, because reply rate measured against accepted connections and reply rate measured against everyone contacted are very different numbers.

How long before we see the first sales meetings?

Campaigns launch within 3 days. First meetings can land about 2 weeks after launch when the offer and message have already been tested. The results compound from there as the signal data builds.

How many sales meetings a month should we expect?

It depends on the size of your market and how many companies in it are genuinely in-market that month. We will give you a realistic range on the call once we have seen your market, rather than a number picked to win the deal.

Is there a guarantee?

No, and here is the reason. We control who you speak to and when. We do not control whether they buy. Any guarantee we wrote would be tied to something outside our hands, so instead we build on live buying signals and turn down work where the fit is not there.

How much of our time does this take?

Onboarding, then the calls themselves. Around 30 minutes per sales meeting we book for you. Everything between the list and the calendar is on us.

Scope, Pricing and Terms

What does a LinkedIn outreach agency cost?

Published rates run from around $397 a month at the entry end to $14,800 and above for omnichannel retainers with dedicated SDRs. The commonly cited working range is $1,500 to $5,000 a month. We charge $3,500, or $2,800 on a 6-month commitment, with no per-lead or per-meeting fees.

Is it a retainer, or do you charge per meeting?

A retainer. Per-meeting pricing rewards booking meetings, which is not the same as booking the right meetings, and every provider on that model eventually finds out.

Do you also run cold email or LinkedIn Ads?

No. This retainer is LinkedIn outreach. Not cold email, not ads, not profile ghostwriting. If your market needs a second channel I will say so, and I will not bill for it.

LinkedIn outreach or cold email: which books more meetings?

For senior B2B buyers with a considered purchase, LinkedIn usually wins, because the person can see who you are before deciding to answer. Cold email scales further and reaches people who are not active on LinkedIn. We only run LinkedIn, and I will tell you if your market is better served by email.

Which regions and languages do you cover?

The US, UK, Canada, Australia and the EU, in English.

What do we keep if we stop working together?

Every conversation, because they live in your LinkedIn inbox and always did. Also the target list, the messaging and the qualification criteria. There is no minimum term, so you can stop at the end of any month.

How is an agency different from LinkedIn automation software?

Software sends. It does not decide who to contact this week, write for a segment it has never seen, or read a reply and understand that “we already have someone” is an opening. A tool plus a person to run it is the right answer for some teams, and I will say so on the call if it is the right answer for yours.

Do you publish reviews or star ratings?

No, deliberately. Self-published reviews on a company’s own site are not eligible for review rich results, and marking them up risks a manual action against the whole domain. We publish client quotes and our real campaign numbers instead. Those can be checked. A star rating on our own page cannot.
