How Tactera Digital started
I built this system to fix someone else’s broken outbound. Then I turned it into a service.
I was brought in after multiple agencies had failed to generate responses from decision-makers. The offer was solid. The outbound was not. Pushy first messages, broad targeting, zero follow-up, and about $3K a month going to paid ads that produced 1 to 2 good leads.
I rebuilt the entire motion: new ICPs, repositioned offers, permission-based messaging, and LinkedIn-led outreach across multiple accounts. Here is what 11 months of that system produced:
