This page explains what Tactera Digital collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
This website is tacteradigital.com, operated by Tactera Digital. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.

What we collect
When you use the LinkedIn Outreach Fit Checker
We collect the information you enter, which is your first name, last name, work email address, job title, and your description of who you sell to. We also record your answers to the eight questions and the result you were given.
We record the IP address the submission came from. We use it only to limit how many submissions can be sent from one connection in an hour, which stops the form being abused.
Why we are allowed to hold it. You tick a consent box before you submit. That consent is our legal basis. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your submission.
What we do with it. We send you your result, and we may contact you about it. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else.
When you email us or book a call
We keep what you send us, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Booking a call takes you to Calendly, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is handled by them.
When you simply visit the site
Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We also use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. This is aggregate traffic data. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Third party services on this site
Some parts of the site load content from other companies. When that happens, your browser contacts them directly and they can see your IP address. These are the ones in use:
Google Analytics
Measures site traffic. Loaded through Google Site Kit.
Google Fonts
Supplies the two typefaces the site is set in. Loaded from Google’s servers on every page.
Clearbit and Google favicon service
Supply the client and tool logos shown on the homepage.
Calendly
Handles call bookings. Only contacted when you click a booking link.
Hostinger
Hosts the site and stores everything described on this page.
How long we keep it
- Fit Checker submissions. 24 months from the date you submit, then deleted.
- Emails and call notes. For as long as we are in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Analytics. Held by Google under their own retention settings.
You do not have to wait for those periods. Ask us and we will delete your data sooner.
Where it is stored
Fit Checker submissions are written to a file on our own server, in a location that is not reachable from the internet. It is not published, shared, or connected to any third party tool.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Send you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
Email contact@tacteradigital.com and we will action it within 30 days. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason.
If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not happy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not run advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and tell repeat visitors from new ones. Our caching software may set a cookie so pages load faster. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Children
This is a business to business website. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
